 - Lace up your sneakers and join Sheppard Pratt Health System for the 4th Annual Stride, a chip-timed 5K and 1-mile walk. The Stride takes place on Saturday, October 14th at Sheppard Pratt’s Towson Campus. All net proceeds fund the life-changing mental health, special education, substance use, and social services programs Sheppard Pratt provides across the state of Maryland.

After the race, join us for the family-friendly Stride festival featuring live music, games, photo booth, bounce house, face painting, and more.
