Description

- The 2017 Dam Backpocket Run is road race starting on top of the Coralville Dam and finishing at Backpocket Brewing. Choose from the 7 mile course or 5K. Registration includes an awesome tshirt, Backpocket pint glass, and your first beer free! Enjoy an awesome excuse to run on a beautiful course through Iowa City and Coralville, celebrate the end of summer with friends and family, and quench your thirst with a cold beer from Backpocket!

Course Info

The 7 Mile course is on a mix of roads and bike paths with 5 aid stations along the way. Portolets are provided at both the 7 mile and 5K starts. The 5K starts further down the 7 mile course where both eventually join in Waterworks Prairie Park and finish at Backpocket Brewing in the Iowa River Landing.
