Effingham Healthy System Fall 5K Series!...

• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles
• 5 Mile Run:- Run 5 Miles

Effingham Health System has partnered with four local charities and non-profits to bring you the Fall 5K Series again this year! We will host three races, each with different themes, costumes and healthy living focus. All races will start and end at Ulmer Ball Park in Springfield. Each competitor will receive one race medal, and a charm and t-shirt for each race completed. Registration will be online, or on-site, starting 1 hour before each race. Dogs are encouraged at each race and will receive their own race charms for crossing the finish line! The Effingham Health System will have information booths with a different focus at each race. Trophies for best dressed, first finisher, top dog finisher, best team and overall series champion will be awarded.  The October race will be a night time run, so don’t forget to make those costumes Glow! Get your teams and costumes together and come have fun!
