Join us for a timed 5k run or fun 3k walk to help feed Seniors in our communities who may go hungry without your help.  The Senior Adult Activities Center of Montgomery County (Montco SAAC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.  Montco SAAC involves, enriches and empowers older adults with connectedness, wellness and independence through recreational, nutritional, educational and creative activities, social opportunities and civic engagement through our Norristown & Ambler senior centers and our Meals on Wheels program.  Cost - $25 until 8/25; $30 after.  Shirts guaranteed until 08/25/2017.  Please note: after 8/25/17 kids registration is Free with no shirt.  Extra shirts, if available, will be for sale at the event.  Brought to you by the AARP© Medicare Supplement Plans insured by UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company and the Conicelli Family Three Little Angels Foundation.
