Description

This 10-week running program trains kids ages 8-12 year-old to participate in a 5k race. The program equips kids with the physical training and goal-setting mentality needed to accomplish their running goals. Classes take place twice per week. Participants will end the program by participating in the Turkey Trot 5k (race registration included as part of class).
