Paint the Town Red 5k...

The Pittsburg Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting a 5K to celebrate Paint the Town Red 2017! Enjoy a morning run around the Pittsburg State University campus and start your game day off with a bang! The race will end on the 50 yard line of Brandenburg Field!

Paint the Town Red 5k is sponsored by Freeman Health System and held in conjunction with the Paint the Town Red Event. Registration will start at 7:15 am with the race starting at 8:00 am.

The final route will be announced when it is finalized. Packet pick-up will be available Friday, September 8 from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm at the Paint the Town Red Downtown Event in Downtown Pittsburg.

5k race participants registered by August 14 are guaranteed an official race tee shirt, after date shirts are available on a first come first serve basis. Awards: Top three in each age category.

In the event of inclement weather, the race will be rescheduled. Race fees will not be refunded.
