Footsteps for Fertility Foundation is a charitable organization created to raise awareness surrounding infertility, and provide grants for those who require fertility treatments such as: in vitro fertilization, frozen embryo transfer, and intrauterine insemination through donations and strategic partnerships with fertility clinics.

These Utah SART recognized Fertility clinic/centers have donated their services for a cycle of IVF, in kind, to the Footsteps for Fertility Foundation, to be awarded at the 5K race as Footsteps for Fertility Foundation Grants:

• Dr Foulk from Utah Fertility Center
•  Utah Center for Reproductive Medicine at University of Utah

The random selection process for the grants will take place directly following the 5k race. Each registrant will receive one complimentary ticket with their registration that may be entered for random selection to be awarded a Footsteps Grant for themselves, or for someone they know who requires fertility treatments. Please share this with anyone you know who needs fertility treatments. All registration monies and donations will directly benefit couples that require fertility treatments who participate in this race.

Please note that anyone who will be applying to receive a Footsteps for Fertility Grant must fill out the online Footsteps for Fertility Foundation Grant application prior to packet pick up. (This does not apply to supporters, just couples requiring infertility treatment). The application can be found on our website under the grants tab.

Event details and schedule

The 6th Footsteps for Fertility Foundation 5 kilometer race will be held at Liberty Park in Salt Lake City Utah from 9am to 11am on September 2nd 2017. The drawing for Footsteps for Fertility Grants will take place after the race. All runners, walkers, sleep-ins, children, babies and other supporters are welcome to the festivities! 

Grant applicant check-in and t-shirt pickup will take place the day of the race starting at 8:00am.

Online registration will end on 8/31/2017 at 11:59pm
