 - La Carrera de “Vamos AZ 2017” es un evento para toda la familia ! Es un evento que fomenta la actividad fisica para mejorar la salud y union familiar. Si nunca a corrido 5K ( Kilometros) o caminado 1 Milla pues este evento es perfecto  para todos ! Se llevara a cabo el 30 de Septiembre en el  trail de Adobe Dam en el Parque Regional “ Victory Lane Sports Park” . El parque estara ofreciendo descuentos especiales para los que participen  en este evento.

VamosAz Run is an amazing event to anyone and everyone who wants to become and stay active.  If you have never participated in a 5K run/walk or if you have completed a 100 or more, VamosAz Run targets everyone.  We at Intense Fitness & Events would love to have you partake in this event.  The event is a 5K Run/Walk and a 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk. It will take place on the trails at Adobe Dam Regional Park and starts at Victory Lane Sports Park.

VamosAZ 5K : Sabado Septiembre 30 , 2017

Recoger su numero de participante : 6 – 7:30 AM

5K Carrera: 7:35 AM

1 milla / Familiar : 8:30 AM

La ruta de 5K es plana y todo el curso es dentro del parque , Habra dos estaciones de agua  y aperitivos despues de la carrera. Se entregaran premios a los primeros lugares . Mas informacion proximamente.

Carriolas especiales para trails son bienvenidas y mascotas ( con su correa) Usar precaucion con sus carriolas y mascotas . Los organizadores no se hacen responsables de cualquier accidente con estos.

***NO se permiten bicicletas , patines  y patinetas***

The VamosAz 5K Run/Walk race day schedule: 9.30.2017

Packet Pick Up: 6-730AM

5K Run/Walk (Timed) Begins: 735AM

1 Mile Fun Run/Walk (Untimed): 830AM

There will be an off site packet pick up prior to the event and will be announced at a later time.

The course is a 5K Trail Run/Walk. It is all flat, no hills or dips.  The entire course remains inside the park and does NOT cross streets.  The course is a loop and starts and finishes at the same spot beside the Victory Lane Sports Park.  There will be a water station on the course and at the finish line. We will also have lite snacks and refreshments. The course will be marked. The race will be timed. There will be age group awards to the TOP 3 male/female finishers as follows:

10 & under; 11-15; 16-20; 21-30; 31-40; 41-50; 51-60; 61-70 & 71>. Other prizes to be announced.

***Jogging strollers and pets are allowed but must start at the back of the starting line please note this is a dirt trail and not all strollers are meant for this type of terrian (use caution) Pets are welcome***

***Not Allowed on the course: Bicycles, Rollerblades, or Skateboards***
