The race starts at 8:00AM at Liberty Christian Fellowship in Seven Valleys, PA and runs 10 gentle, downhill miles one-way north along the scenic York County Heritage Rail Trail, passing through the oldest operational train tunnel in the nation, finishing on the Rail Trail near Princess Street in downtown York, PA.      

Runners must be able to run the course at a 15 minute per mile pace as the course closes 2 1/2 hours after start time.

Parking & Transportation- Parking is available in Seven Valleys, but runners will need to arrange to get back to their cars after the race. Transportation will be made available from the finish area to the start area before the race only!! Anyone wishing to use this transportation that will leave at 7AM sharp needs to pre-register by August 4th to reserve a spot on the bus. Any transportation requests received after Aug. 4 will not be given a spot on the bus.

Packet Pickup- Packet pickup will be available Thursday, August 24 and Friday, August 25 at The Arc of York County, 497 Hill St, York BEFORE 6PMThere will not be walk up registration on Thursday or Friday. Race day pickup will be available at the bus departure for bus riders and at the start area for non- bus riders.

Race is limited to the first 550 registrants.

Cost to run is $40 until June 30, $45 from July 1 to August 18.  Race day registration is $50.  No refunds or bib transfers.
