_ The 2017 Grind V 5k Run/Walk road race:
The Grind V 5k is a road race at Beck's Mill in Salem, IN. Funds raised from this race are for the maintenance of the over 150 year old grist mill. This historic grist mill once in ruins was brought back to life in 2008 and is "back up and running".
Pre/post race snacks and drinks provided along with delcious home made soups to refuel afterwards.
Early registration fee $12 T-shirt $5
Race day registration and packet pick up available at 7:30 a.m.
Race starts at 9:00 a.m.
Awards ceremony estimated to start at 10:00 a.m.
