• 1 Mile Run:- Kids Run

Providence Christian Academy’s Athletic Department will hold its 4th Annual PCA Purple Run 5K event on Saturday, August 19, 2017 at 9 am, in beautiful downtown Georgetown. This event combines fun, fitness, and fellowship and welcomes serious runners as well as families who choose to walk with children and a stroller.  All proceeds that are raised will benefit the growing needs of the PCA Athletics Program. PCA will offer Cross Country, Archery, Basketball, Soccer and Cheerleading to both boys and girls in the 2017-2018 school year.

We believe that participation in sports helps students build character and team building skills in a way that cannot be achieved solely in the classroom. Athletics test the link between principles and action in a safe setting that sets the stage for a child’s decisions throughout his or her lifetime. It is our goal to grow our programs in terms of equipment, coaches, athletes. This event helps us to raise the necessary funds to expand our programs.
