Trot to Clot 5K Run and Walk...

The Trot to Clot 5K Run and Walk is a fun, family-friendly event that raises money to fund Camp Wannaklot, the only camp in Georgia that provides children who have hemophilia or other inherited bleeding disorders the opportunity to enjoy a traditional camp experience.  During this fun-filled week, campers make new friends, learn about their bleeding disorders and share new experiences.

Please help Hemophilia of Georgia raise $10,000 for Camp Wannaklot by joining us for the Trot to Clot 5K Run and Walk at the Greeneway Trail in North Augusta, South Carolina. Named after former Mayor Thomas W. Greene, one of North Augusta’s most popular recreational amenities is the Greeneway, a paved multi-purpose trail created out of an abandoned railroad right of way. The North Augusta Greeneway is currently over six miles long. Along some stretches of trail, a lush canopy of leaves provides a shady retreat through a beautiful hardwood forest. Other sections offer wide-open spaces, glimpses of neighborhoods, native wildlife and breathtaking views of the Savannah River. 

Prizes will be awarded to the top 1st place male and female 5k runners.

Event details and schedule

Registration will begin at 7:00 a.m. The first 5k heat will start at 8:00 a.m. with other heats following every 5 minutes.  

Parking is free at Greeneway Trial. 

Registration and check-in will be just inside the gates.
