Norristown 5k & Pump N Run

• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles
• 1 Mile Kids Fun Run:- Run 1 Mile

This race will be supporting the Norristown Area High School Athletics Program. This can only happen if you and other participants sign-up and spread the news!

Participants choose to participate in a 5k run only OR a combined Pump & Run that includes the 5k event and bench press event.

7 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. - Bench Press Event (optional)

9:00 a.m. 5k Race

10:00 a.m. - Kids Fun Run

10:30 a.m. - Awards and Prizes
