Perfect for those who want to run, but are not sure where to begin. Participants will start walking/running, then transition over 10 weeks into running a 5K. Will prepare participants to run the Wishbone 5K on Th, November 23 (Race registration is separate). Learn about nutrition, hydration, attire, form, training, and stretching.
