Pound the Pavement 5K FUN Color Run...

• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

This is a unique race that the Purple Iris Foundation and Bodies By Badger created to help support those who have been affected by Pancreatic Cancer.  ALL of our proceeds stay in the State of Maine!  This is something we are proud of.

This race is also a COLOR RUN!  We have 4 color stations...all colors that represent other forms of cancer with purple being our finish line color.  Registration goes up to $30 on race day...so be sure to register early!  This year we also have a TEAM REGISTRATION option!  The rate is only $20 if you register with a team.  Let's see what team can bring in the most money this year!  Let the smack talk begin!  

Tshirts and swag bags will be given out to the first 200 people to register, we will have give aways, photographers, a water-stop, post-race refreshments, an AMAZING DJ, and a post-race picture for all of those who can hang out after the last finisher crosses the line.

Please remember, this is also a FUN run and an untimed event.  We have created this event for us to come together as a community and support one another!  PLEASE join us on the 15th of October!

Can't make the race?  NO problem.  We have a fundraising page set up just for YOU!  Be a part of our event...without actually being present!  How great is that?

Event details and schedule

Packet Pick Up will be at Bodies By Badger (510 Wilson Street) on Saturday October 14 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM,  Sunday (race day) will be held at the Sea Dog Brewing Company from 8:00-9:15 AM.

Race Start:  9:30 AM

There is PLENTY of parking where Bodies by Badger is located for packet pick up!

Parking on race day is located on the waterfront by the Sea Dog Brewing Company.
