The 2017 Shohola-Barryville Bridge 5K Run/Walk will be the sixth annual fundraiser for Boy Scout Troop 76, which began in 2012. Proceeds from the 2017 Shohola-Barryville Bridge 5K Run/Walk will go to support Boy Scout Troop 76 program activities.  A portion of the proceeds will also be donated to the Eccumenical Food Pantry of Milford, PA.

All events will start and finish at Rohman's Park (see directions page on event website).  Parking will be available at the park and overflow parking will be available at the Shohola Township Building (approx. 1/4 mile down Twin Lakes Road).  Restrooms are available at the park.  T-Shirts:  Guaranteed for everyone who preregisters.  Shirts may be available on a first come - first serve basis for those who register on race day.  Shirts are not included for the "Kids' K" participants.

5K Run/Walk Course:  The 5K course winds through the rolling hills of Shohola Township, the village of Shohola, then across the Delaware River on the Shohola-Barryville Bridge into Barryville, NY.  A short out and back down River Road in Barryville is followed by another trip across the bridge, and then a loop through Shohola back to Rohman's Park.  

"Kids' K":  the "Kids' K" will be run entirely at Rohman's Park.  Two age groups will compete with awards for the top 3 overall in each race.  The older kids will complete 2 laps around the park, while the younger kids will run 1 lap.

Age Groups:

5K Run/Walk:  12 and under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+?                        

"Kids' K":        Group A: 8-10                      Group B: 7 and under

Awards:  Will be given to the first 3 overall male and female finishers.  Age group awards will be given to the first 3 male and female finishers in each group.

Registration and Packet Pick-Up will begin at 8:30 a.m.

5K Run/Walk starts promptly at 9:30 a.m.

Award Ceremony at 10:30 a.m. 

"Kids K" starts at 11:00 a.m.
