• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles
• 10K Run:- Run 6.2 Miles

The Dr. James H. Crowdis Run features a simultaneous start 5K and 10K race on certified courses. Medals are presented to all finishers in both races.

Trophies will be awarded to overall winners in open, masters, grand masters, senior grand masters, and super grand masters categories. Also, trophies to the overall race walkers in both races. Awards to the top 3 in M/F age groups all the way to 85 & over plus top 3 M/F walkers in each race.

There is a no t-shirt option and those selecting t-shirts have a choice of colors. 

Pre-race entry fee is $20 with a t-shirt and $12 with no shirt through noon on Friday, January 19, 2018. Race day entry is $25 with shirt and $17 with no shirt.
