The Lightning Foundation and the Tampa Bay Lightning are excited to announce that the Bolt Run will be moving to the Fall! Please join us for the 17th Annual Florida Hospital Bolt Run presented by Dasani on Saturday, October 21, 2017 at Amalie Arena. This seasons race will once again consist of a 5k, 5 Mile, and 1 Mile Family Fun Run. The event will span the entire morning and will feature family friendly activities on Ford Thunder Alley.

EACH REGISTERED PARTICIPANT WILL RECEIVE: 

• A FREE ticket to one Tampa Bay Lightning Game* (options listed below)
• A Finisher’s Medal – All races
• A commemorative Bolt Run t-shirt** (gender specific)
• Pre/post-race activities with food & beverages on Ford Thunder Alley

A portion of each registration will be donated to both the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the March of Dimes via the Lightning Foundation.

*Tickets are first come, first serve and while supplies last. Game dates subject to availability.
** T-shirt sizes will be guaranteed to all participants who pre-register before 9/27/17

ENTRY FEES:
5 Mile: $60 
5K Race: $60
1 Mile Family Fun Run: $45
Virtual Race: $45 - no ticket included, packets can only be shipped within the United States. (Discounts do not apply for the virtual race)

Please note that only the 5 Mile and 5K are chipped, the 1 Mile event will not be chipped.
Prices may increase the week of the race.
Online registration will close on October 19th at 10:00 am.
On-site registration will be held during packet pick-up on October 19, 2017 and the morning of the race from 5:30 am – 7:00 am.

LIGHTNING TICKETS:
Included in your race registration is a game ticket. Participants can choose to receive (1) One ticket to one of the following Lightning games:

• Saturday, October 21st vs. Pittsburgh Penguins @ 7 pm (limited availability)
• Thursday, October 26th vs. Detroit Red Wings @ 7:30 pm
• Saturday, October 28th vs. Anaheim Ducks @ 7 pm
• Saturday, November 4th vs. Columbus Blue Jackets @ 7 pm
• Saturday, November 18th vs. New York Islanders @ 7 pm
• Saturday, December 2nd vs. San Jose Sharks @ 7 pm
• Tuesday, December 5th vs. New York Islanders @ 7:30 pm
• Thursday, December 7th vs. Colorado Avalanche @ 7:30 pm

EVENT SHIRTS
Specialty 17th Annual Bolt Run t-shirts sizes will be guaranteed to all participants who pre-register before 9/27/17.

RACE AWARDS
All participants will receive a finisher’s medal. Additionally, the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers in 5-year age ranges in the 5K and 5 Mile races will receive special awards.

7:30 am – 5M & 5K runners

8:30 am – Award Show

PACKET PICK-UP TIMES
Packet pick-up will be Thursday, October 19, 2017 from 11:00 am – 7:00 pm. A location will be announced shortly.

REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds, transfers or credits for this race. This event will be held rain, shine or snow. Registrants cannot change race event once they have completed registration.
