Come join us for a 3K Certified Race in Tennessee, which begins at 10:00 AM on September 23rd, 2017 at East Side Elementary in Elizabethton, TN. The competitive race will start at 10:00 AM followed by the fun run/walk at 10:30 AM. 

This year marks the 5th annual Race for Wandell and we hope for it to be the best one yet! Dr. Josh Wandell was diagnosed with ALS in June 2013. The original diagnosis comes with a life expectancy of two to five years. Josh, his wife Tabitha, and their children, Jayla, Taylor and JT passed the three year anniversary of his diagnosis in June 2016 and remain steadfast and determined as ever. Josh and his family continue to live as normal a life as possible.

This event also raises faith. Faith in the Lord and the plan He has laid before us. Josh continues to amaze all of us in his positive and encouraging message that faith always beats fear.

All of the money raised from the 2017 Race for Wandell goes directly to Josh and his ongoing medical costs.
