This running program is built with your kids' needs the first priority. We will do lots of structured and unstructured running, play games, and learn the basics of warming up, stretching, nutrition, proper form, and making running fun. 

1st and 2nd Grade Girls & Boys - We will meet on Tuesdays after school until 3:30. Pick up will be on a sign-out basis in front of the school at 3:30. Season begins September 20th and will end on November 15th. Our goal will be to run the Friends School 1 Miler on November 12th. Registration includes a shirt, water bottle and race registration. 

Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing, athletic shoes, and water are required at all practices.
