Spirit Run...

• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles
• 2 Mile Walk:- Walk 2 Miles

This is the first annual 5K/2M "Spirit run.  It will be held at the scenic Dick Kleberg Park beginning at the BBQ hut.  Custom trophies will be awarded for the following categories:  Overall Winner, Top Male & Female, Top Masters Male & Female.  Medals will be awarded for the top 3 finishers per age category:  0-5, 6-9, 10-13, 14-17, 18-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+ with no duplications.  Also, "Spirit" or Halloween costumes are encouraged with prizes for the best costumes.  Refreshments will be available.

Event details and schedule

Race will be Saturday October 21st at 8am.

On-site registration will be available on race day from 6:30 - 7:45am at Dick Kleberg Park BBQ hut.

Packet pickup will be Friday October 20th at Young's Pizza (625 W. Santa Gertrudis) from 5 -7pm as well as race day from 6:30 - 7:45am.

If you choose, wear your best "spirit" or Halloween costume.  Prizes will be awarded for the best costumes.
