The Run 4 Their Life 5k Houston run/walk will take place in beautiful Bear Creek Pioneers Park and benefits Concepts of Truth International, a non-profit, professional organization since1998 providing counseling, crisis pregnancy resources, abortion recovery & prevention, training, a 24/7 international helpline and sexual health education for youth. The organization is an accredited NGO at the United Nations. All donations are tax-deductible. Concepts of Truth home office is in Arkansas and also has satellite offices in Caldwell, New Jersey, Spencerville, Ohio and Derry, New Hampshire. Concepts of Truth has hosted several official timed 5K runs in Arkansas, Ohio and New Jersey. 1 Race in 3 States - Arkansas, New Jersey and Texas!
We invite runners, walkers, wheelchairs and baby strollers to the gorgeous setting of the Bear Creek area in northwest Houston!
Medals will be given to the 1st, 2nd, 3rd place winners for runners 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19 and then increments of every 10 years starting with the age of 10. There will be an overall male and female grand prize for the fastest time. Results will be available at the end of the day posted to www.internationalhelpline.org.

7am - Check in begins (look for the Run 4 Their Life Banner) off of War Memorial Drive close to the Tennis Courts!

8am - 5K Race starts 

9am - Awards

Course - Paved Track surrounded by Bear Creek Park

Parking - Park in open areas by the baseball or soccer fields off of War Memorial Drive. 

Every registered participant will receive a T-Shirt, snacks, water and a goody bag! There will be prizes for the top male and female athletes and awards (by age) + giveaways! Waiver must be completed prior to participation.

Wear comfortable running/jogging/walking sports gear. Consider sun and insect protection. Wheelchairs and Strollers are welcome!
