3rd Annual SSM Health Physical Therapy 5K/10K Run for the Mission & 1 Mile Fun Run...

• 1 Mile Run:- Run 1 Mile
• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles
• 10K Run:- Run 6.2 Miles

The 3rd Annual SSM Health Physical Therapy 5K/10K Run for the Mission Race takes place on the beautiful MCT trails. The race starts and finishes at the Gateway Region YMCA in Maryville. Whether you are an advanced runner or beginner, everyone is WELCOME! We hope the entire family can come out the day of the race. All proceeds of the race are going to the Vicki Horst Memorial Rehabilitation Therapies Fund! This organization is commited to helping individuals who are unable to afford home physical, occupational and speech therapy. They need our help to continue on their mission!

Please sign-up for either the 5K, 10K, or 1 Mile Fun Run! Kids are invited to wear their Halloween costumes for the 1 Mile Fun RUn! Best costume will receive a PRIZE!

Event details and schedule

Packet Pick-Up: October 20 from 3-7PM or race day starting at 8AM

Race Start Time: 5K and 10K will start at 9AM and 1 Mile Fun Run at 10 AM

Presentation of Awards: 5K awards will be presented at 9:45AM and 10K following the Fun Run!

Award Categories:All participants in the 1 Mile Fun Run will receive a MEDAL! Top Male and Female in the following age groups will receive a medal!

5K Age Groups: 0-12, 13-17, 18-24, 25-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and above

10K Age Groups: 0-17, 18-24, 25-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and above
