5K4K Walk/Run...

• 5K Run/Walk:- Run 3.1 Miles

A certified, timed fast flat loop course running past the historic Cumberland University campus and surrounding neighborhoods.

The course is 5k USATF certified.  USATF Certification # TN16023MS (Five Kay For Kids, Lebanon, TN)

All proceeds go to the K4K (Kare for Kids) program, an outreach dedicated to feeding orphans in Africa.  K4K is a part of Church Missions Network,  a non-profit ministry based in Lebanon, TN.

Registration 7:15 a.m.

Race begins at 8:00 a.m.

Start/Finish line at Immanuel Baptist Church, Lebanon, TN

On-site registration on race day!

Race packets available on race day.

Dry-fit shirts provided for early registrations.

T-shirts provided to late registrations while supplies last.

Plenty of parking and restrooms at start/finish line.

Families/strollers are welcome.

Dogs on leashes welcome.

Age Group awards.
