Shelter Shuffle...

• 5K Run/Walk:- Run 3.1 Miles

The 13th annual Shelter Shuffle 5K Run/Walk will take place on Saturday, September 23rd on the campus of the former Harrisburg State Hospital (across from the Farm Show Complex in Harrisburg).  Registration begins at 8:00 a.m.  The shuffle starts at 9:00 a.m.  The registration fee is $25 per person.  All proceeds benefit the Interfaith Shelter for Homeless Families.

All participants who register by September 1st will receive a commemorative event shirt.  Shirts will be available to participants who register after September 1st while supplies last.  Cash prizes will be awarded for the top male and top female runners.  Addition cash awards will be given if there is a new male and/or female course record.  Other awards will be given to runners by age category.  There will also be a door prize raffle for participants after the event.

Runners and walkers of all abilities are welcome.  Participate as an individual or as a group.  Pets and strollers are welcome.
