The mission and vision of Pietro’sfight.org is to increase worldwide awareness of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, with the purpose of raising and appropriating funds for research that will realize a cure for t We invest our money in translational research – research that focuses on moving science from the lab into human clinical trials. We work with the leading scientists in the world who are helping us to determine the most viable research projects, accelerate the clinical trial process, and bring potential life-saving drugs to this generation of Duchenne boys.his fatal disease and ensure that children like Pietro have the opportunity to enjoy a full life.

This is our 5th annual 5K run/walk. Th timer starts the race promptly at 9am. Once the race is over you can enjoy refreshments donated by our local vendors and entertainment on the pier!
