3rd Annual Community Spirit Run...

Please join us for the 3rd annual Rotary Club of Livermore’s Halloween Spirit Run, a 5K and 10K run/walk for people of all ages.

Run or walk this SPOOKTACULAR event, in your favorite costume, as the course goes through the scenic old downtown Livermore residential districts, south to the vineyards, and ending back at Carnegie Park. Proceeds from this event benefit educational programs in Livermore, and community projects of the Rotary Club of Livermore such as senior work day, veterans assistance, and music scholarships.

Participants are encouraged to wear a Halloween costume (but not required), with prizes awarded for the best costumes (includes Kids and Adults Division). Check out what your neighbors are planning to wear using NextDoor.com, the free private social network for your neighborhood.

Free Kids Activities (ages 8 and under) are included for the general public, such as pumpkin painting, poke the pumpkin, bobbing for apples, music for little monsters, spider web walking games, and witches brew toss game. Enjoy the festive fall atmosphere of the Livermore Farmer's Market, with live music at the bandstand, a Halloween run, free on-site chair massages by The Body Spot, free children's activities, and pickup healthy locally-grown produce, complimentary sugar-free Halloween treats for kids, and a steaming cup of freshly brewed Starbucks coffee.

What do Participants Receive

All registered participants receive a custom Spirit Fun Run Race shirt, bib with timing chip, goody bag, water along the course, and post-run food and water!

Race Day Schedule

7:30 a.m - Check-in and race day registration opens.
9:00 a.m. - Start 5K & 10K Run/Walk
9:00 a.m. to Noon - Free Kids Activities

5K Run/Walk - Best time male and female, plus medals 3 deep in each age group: 9 & under, 10-13, 14-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80+

10k Run - Best time male and female, plus medals 3 deep in each age group: 18 & under, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49. 50-59, 60-69, and 70 & over.

Costume Division- Prizes for best costumes (includes Kids and Adult Division)!
