Come join us by participating in the 6th Annual Monster Dash! This is a 5K run/walk and kids dash through the trails of Lincoln Park in West Seattle to benefit the South Seattle College Cooperative Preschools.

Event details and schedule

The 5K will begin at 9:30am and the Kids Dash will begin at 10:30am. Please register to participate for the 5K before October 1st to save $5 off your registration. Race day registration will be accepted at the Packet Pickup party and on site for $45. Registration for the Kids Dash will be $10 and includes a shirt, medal, and treat! To ensure your tshirt size, please register by October 22nd. Strollers are welcome, but please leave your pets at home for this event. Thank you!
