This beginners running training program will be a comprehensive instructional approach to provide new runners with all the information to begin the process. This program will include 8 weeks of classroom and workout sessions to get you ready for a 5k race. Individual coaching will be available so you can go at your own pace. Program includes membership to the Salisbury Rowan Runners Club, club t-shirt and entry to a club sponsored 5k.

Cost is $65 payable to Salisbury Rowan Runners Club

Last class (Oct. 26) will meet at Knox Middle School to run a certified 5k course.
