Brief Description :

The 6th annual Cascade 5K is a event for the benefit of the Midwest Cascade area. The goal is to provide a fun , healthy Saturday morning that encourage residents to participate in their Neighborhood Planning Unit. The race/walk starts at 08:00 at QLS 4001 Danforth Road.It proceeds down Danforth  to New Hope to Cascade then turns  right onto  Cascade goes down Cascade to  Danforth Road  and ends back at QLS. The events winds through the beautiful Midwest Cascade neighborhood and will be a fun and healthy event for all ages.

Age Groups/Prize Money

1st Place Male $50.00 1st Place Female $50.00 . 1st Place Youth. $50.00

Age Groups: Adults 18 and above. Youth 17 and under. All ages

are welcomed.
