Storm the Watershed is a 15K/5K trail run featuring rolling hills and beautiful scenery along the banks of the Long Branch Reservoir in Locust Grove, GA.
All participants will receive a post-race BBQ plate and long sleeve shirts. Join us for fun trails, yummy barbeque and family fun!

15K: $40 online; $45 day of race
5K: $25 online; $30 day of race
NOTE: All Online fees will incur a nominal transaction fee.
TIMES
9:00 a.m. – Race Day Registration and Packet Pickup
10:00 a.m. – 15K Trail Run Begins
10:30 a.m. – 5K Trail Run Begins
11:00 a.m. – Post-Race Barbeque and Family Water Festival Opens
Course Trail
The 15K course will encircle Long Branch Reservoir with views of the water along the route for the first 7 miles. The last two miles will be along narrower, wooded trails. The 5K course will begin in the narrow, wooded trails and conclude along Long Branch Reservoir. The trails are established and feature rolling hills. Parking
Parking will be available at the Cubihatcha Outdoor Education Center. The gates will open at 8:00 a.m. for parking to begin.
Packet Pickup
All participants may pick up their race numbers on race day starting at 9:00 a.m.
Awards
Medals will be given to top overall male and female, top masters male and female, and top three male and female age group awards from 14 & under; 15-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60+
Post-Race Barbeque and Family Water Festival
The post-race Barbeque and Family Water Festival will be full of good food and great giveaways! All participants with a race bib will receive a barbeque sandwich plate with chips and a drink. Family and friends attending the festival and cheering on our runners are invited to join us for lunch and may purchase a plate for $5.00.
