2nd Annual Veterans Heritage Ridge Run - 5K...

The annual event is a fundraiser 5K trail run with proceeds supporting the construction and upkeep of Sharps Ridge Veterans Memorial Park. This race will kick-off Knoxville's community Veterans Day activities. The race will begin at the Lincoln Park Technology Trade School, 535 Chickamauga Ave, and proceed in a loop on the hiking trails of Sharps Ridge. The course is made up of well marked trails through largely wooded and hilled terrain. 

FAMILY HALLOWEEN  TRAIL WALK - After the race

Bring the family dressed in your Halloween Costumes for a fun filled Halloween trail hike! This one mile portion of the SVRMP trails is fairly easy to navigate for the children and those looking for a leisurely walk in the fall forest. There will family friendly tricks and treats along your walk and prizes for the best costumes! - NOTE - These are dirt trails and are too narrow for standard strollers.
