St. Peter Chanel 5K - benefiting Special Olympics...

• 5K Run / Walk:- Run 3.1 Miles

The Knights of Columbus, Council #13217 of St. Peter Chanel Catholic Community in Roswell, GA is sponsoring a chip-timed run/walk 5K event for the benefit of Special Olympics Georgia and the Knights of Columbus charities.

The St. Peter Chanel 5K will begin at 8:00am on  Saturday, November 18, 2017.  A free kids run will be held at 9am with awards to follow.

The fourth annual event annually attracts more than 500 runners and walkers and has raised more than $48,000 for Special Olympics Georgia and the Knights of Columbus charities.

Event details and schedule

The event will be held Saturday, November 18, 2017 at 8:00am at the campus of St. Peter Chanel Catholic Church. The course will start and end on the lacrose field at Blessed Trinity High School which is adjacent to the church.

Online registration is available through Thursday, November 16, at 8pm.

Race Day:

registration is available from 6:30 -7:30am.

5K Start:  8am

Free Kids Fun Run:  9am

Awards:  9:15am

Other notes:

All paid participants receive a tech shirt.

Children 12 and under accompanied by a paid adult do not need to be registered for the 5K.  However, they will not be timed or receive a shirt.  T-shirts will be available for purchase on race morning.
