Come out and have a great time at the 29th Annual Turkey Trot. There is a competitive 5K run and 2 mile fun walk. It is a flat fast course. It is on the island jogging walking path and cuts through the scenic frisbee park and Grand island Estates. There is a post race raffle and awards. All proceeds benefit the Aquatic Centers Recreation Youth Scholarship Fund.

Event details and schedule

29th Annual Havasu Turkey Trot will be held on Saturday November 18th at 9 AM at the island Ballfield. The 5 K race starts by the treatment plant continues on the Island walking jogging path. Cuts through the frisbee park and grand island estates and finishes by the start. Award will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers in each division. The first 50 finishers will receive a metal. T shirts from previous years will be given out to paid entrants pending availability with respect to sizes.. The 1st male and female finishers will also receive a turkey dinner. There is also a non-competitive 2 mile fun walk. A post race raffle will be held and a raffle ticket will be included with each registration. All proceeds will benefit the Aquatic Centers Recreation Youth Scholarship Fund. Day of the race registration begins at 7:30 AM. The 5K race will start at 9 AM and the 2 mile fun walk will start immediately after the run.
