Footsteps for Fertility Southern Utah 5k Fun Run...

Footsteps for Fertility Foundation is a charitable organization created to raise awareness surrounding infertility, and provide grants for those who require fertility treatments such as: in vitro fertilization, frozen embryo transfer, and intrauterine insemination through donations and strategic partnerships with fertility clinics.

These Utah SART recognized Fertility clinic/centers have donated their services for a cycle of IVF, in kind, to the Footsteps for Fertility Foundation, to be awarded at the 5K race as Footsteps for Fertility Foundation Grants:

• Dr Foulk from Utah Fertility Center
• In addition, monies raised (funding permitting) at event will be awarded as a monetary Footsteps for Fertility Foundation Grant (typically $5,ooo).  

The random selection process for the grants will take place directly following the 5k race. Each registrant will receive one complimentary ticket with their registration that may be entered for random selection to be awarded a Footsteps Grant for themselves, or for someone they know who requires fertility treatments. Please share this with anyone you know who needs fertility treatments.

Please note that anyone who will be applying to receive a Footsteps for Fertility Grant must fill out the online Footsteps for Fertility Foundation Grant application prior to packet pick up. (This does not apply to supporters, just couples requiring infertility treatment). The application can be found on our website under the grants tab.

Event details and schedule

The Footsteps for Fertility Foundation Southern Utah 5 kilometer race will be held at Cottonwood Cove Park in St. George, Utah on September 30th 2017 from 9am to 11am. The drawing for Footsteps for Fertility Grants will take place after the race. All runners, walkers, sleep-ins, children, babies and other supporters are welcome to the festivities!

T-shirt and ticket pick up will be at Cottonwood Cove Park prior to the race at 8:00am. Come early!

$35 Early registration will end on 09/17/2017 at 11:59pm

$40 Late registration will begin on 09/18/2017 at 12:00am
