MVHS Zombie Run...

Our Zombie run is a non-timed event.  Each participant is given a belt with three flags attached to it.  These flags represent your health.  The goal is to finish two 1-mile loops with at least one flag remaining.  Zombies will be spread throughout the loop with an appetite to EAT YOU (steal your flags)!  The choice is yours to run, jog or walk but not to stop.  If the zombies steal all of your flags you will still need to finish the loop as the undead to receive an INFECTED standing.  Participants finishing with one flag will be considered alive and receive a SURVIVOR standing.

A single 1 mile loop option will also be available for our less meaty runners.

Participants running without a flag belt will not be approached by the zombies.

 Teams:

You can choose to run as a team.  If any one team member finishes with at least one flag, all members will receive the SURVIVOR standing.  Recruit up to 10 team members as your zombie fodder to increase your chances of survival.   

This is a multi-grade fundraiser for Mountain Valley High School.  All of the proceeds will be split evenly between the four classes.  This is an opportunity to support the entire student body and their individual project graduations.

Event details and schedule

Registration and checkin will start at 2:00PM at Hosmer field.

The 1 mile run starts at 3:00PM.

The 2 mile run starts at the conclusion of the 1 mile run.

The course route consists of the 1 mile loop inside the Hosmer field complex.  This includes the dirt road and 1/2 mile walking path.
