Enjoy a family fun walk/jog through beautiful Oak Hill Cemetery established in 1842, celebrating people's lives who have made contributions to the Newburyport community. Pass by gravesites of the first photographer in the United States, sea captains, writers, and missionaries.
All proceeds go to Oak Hill's tree planting project. The cemetery is a 501 c non profit.

Location of Start and Finish: Oak Hill Cemetery, Brown Chapel
Brown Street, Newburyport, MA 01950.
Race Course: The entire race course is on cemetery property. Surfaces include flat and hilly surfaces, pavement, dirt/grass, and uneven surfaces.
Parking: State, Greenleaf, Pond, and High Streets, and Bartlet Mall; No parking on Brown Street or in cemetery.
Check In: 8:00 am
Race Start: 10:00 am
Online Pre-Registration: $20.00 and T-shirt or runner's light for those who participated last year (first 100 participants receive T-shirts or runner's light)
Children: 8 yrs. and under free (no T-shirt)
Mail-In Pre-Registration: IMMEDIATELY Email <[email protected]> if you prefer to send a $20.00 cash or check, payable to Oak Hill Cemetery (T-shirt or runner's light still included) A registration and waiver form will be sent to you.
