• 10 Mile Run:- Run 10 Miles

Ronnie's Run is in memory of my son Ronnie Scrimo who passed away on December 10th 2014. Ronnie was enrolled at Saint Petersburg College; he earned his A.A. and was one semester away from graduating with his Bachelors of Arts degree. He was a member of Phi Thete Kappa. Ronnie was an amazing athlete and runner. He was involved in Tri-Fitness and a member at CrossFit Apogee in Apollo Beach, FL. We thank Crossfit Apogee for being our Title Sponsors.

Ronnie is missed dearly by so many. In his memory, we dedicate this race to Ronnie. Our mission is to bring awareness to alcohol and drug addiction, and to provide resources for addicts and their families. We believe that Christ is the all time healer and can help those in need. Come and run with us! 10 miles or a 5k. A portion of the proceeds will go to Lighthouse Ministries in Lakeland, FL  #run4ronnie.

"About the race courses & starting times"

Ronnie's Run event will begin at 7:30am. The 10 mile and the 5K races will both begin at 7:30am. There will be awards 3 deep in age groups for the 10 mile run and the 5K run . The 10 mile course will be out and back through Arrowhead and the entire course is paved. (no sand). The 5k course will be a scenic route into Arrowhead. All paved courses, no sand. Courses are USATF certified.

"Here's what's included"

You can expect an "awesome" race shirt, an amazing finisher's medal and a #run4ronnie headband. Park entrance fee ($5) is included in registration. A hot delicious breakfast will be served post race, catered by Yard of Ale. Krispy Kreme donuts will be there with Free Donuts for all. Awards following 5k starting at 8:30am. Awards will be given to the Top Overall Male finisher, Top Overall Female finisher,  and the top 3 male and female finishers in each age group: Award also given to Top Participating Team. Last Day to sign up on a team  is September 15th, 2017. If after this date, it will not count towards awards.

No Dogs are allowed in the race due to insurance regulations. Strollers are permitted, but please start in the back.

Wed, Oct. 11th 2017 at St. Pete Running Company in St. Petersburg 4pm - 7pm
Thursday Oct 12th 2017 at Dicks Sporting Goods in Tampa, Westshore Mall 3:30pm - 7pm
Friday Oct 13th 2017 at Fit2Run downtown St. Petersburg from Noon until 4pm 

Packet Pick up also on race day starting at 6AM
