RACE
RDV Sportsplex Jingle Run 5K promises a fun morning of holiday cheer! Participants are encouraged to put on their holiday best and wear jingle bells, costumes or even regular jogging clothes to walk, jog or run the tree-lined streets of Maitland Center. Since 1998 RDV Sportsplex has benefitted the Central Florida community and the Boys & Girls Clubs through its holiday run, raising more than $150,000 for the kids at the Joe R. Lee Branch in Eatonville. The 2017 event continues the tradition of giving to help inspire and enable all young people, especially those from disadvantaged circumstances, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens. Join us!

LOCATION 
RDV Sportsplex, one quarter mile west of I-4 on Maitland Boulevard.

5K ENTRY
REGISTER EARLY AND SAVE!

$20 – Through April 30
$30 – May 1-November 26
$35 – November 27 through Race Day

PACKET PICK UP
Packet pickup for those pre-registered will take place at RDV Sportsplex during the following times:

8:00am-8:00pm – Thursday, December 7
4:00-6:00pm – Friday, December 8
6:00-6:50am – Saturday, December 9

DAY OF EVENT SCHEDULE
6:00am – Registration Opens
7:30am – Race Start
8:45am – Awards Ceremony

SHIRTS
Only pre-registered runners that successfully complete the registration and payment process by November 26, 2017 are guaranteed a free race shirt. Several hundred additional shirts will be printed for the race, but size is not guaranteed. Those participants who have pre-registered by November 26, 2017 are first to receive their shirt and preferred size.

MEDALS
Medals will be given out to the first 500 registered runners who cross the finish line.

AWARDS
Top Male & Top Female finisher, Largest Corporate Team, and Most Festive Corporate Team

PARKING
Parking is limited and overflow parking will be available and directed by signs at areas adjacent to RDV Sportsplex. Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to race start.

PROCEEDS
Proceeds will benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida's Joe R. Lee Branch in Eatonville. The local chapters of the Boys & Girls Clubs help instill a sense of hope and opportunity for more than 12,000 children each year by inspiring and enabling all young people, especially those from disadvantaged circumstances to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens. 

TIMING & SCORING
This is a fun run, and not a chip-timed run. There will be a clock at the finish line to view your time.
