Have a hauntingly good time at this Spooktacular 5K® Run/Walk! Located on the historic Kemper Center grounds on the shores of Lake Michigan, this event is fun for the whole family! Dress in your favorite costume to run in the 5K, and then stay for the costume contest!  All registered participants for the 5K will receive a long sleeved, glow in the dark shirt.  FREE Family friendly activities include:

• Costume Contest
• Pumpkin decorating
• Trick Or Treat walk for kids
• and more!

7:30 - 8:45 A.M. - Packet Pick Up

9:00 - 10:00 A.M. - 5K  myTEAM TRIUMPH will start a few minutes before the rest of the participants We would love to see everyone give postive encouragement to the myTEAM TRIUMPH captains if they encounter them during the race! They are very inspiring! 10:15 - 10:30 A.M. - Costume Contest and Awards/Raffle 10:30 - 11:00 A.M. - Kids Trick-or-Treat Route Throughout the event there will be pumpkin decorating and fun activities
