About This Event
For the last 54 years the Mount Prospect Jaycees have carried on the tradition of a family friendly Turkey Trot race during the Thanksgiving holiday. Please join us in this wonderful family friendly event. Awards will be presented to the top 3 male and female finishers for each age division in the 5K Run/Walk. Proceeds from the race are donated back to the community through the Mt. Prospect Jaycees. Past recipients of funds raised, were the Mt. Prospect Senior Center, Women in Need Growing Stronger (WINGS), local High School students; American Cancer Society, Local Animal Shelters and many more!   Location
This year we will be running at Melas Park. There will be a warming tent available for registration and waiting. Please bring a small chair if you wish to sit, seating is not provided. Check out our Photo Gallery for the Race Routes.   Registration  
There will be day-of Registration onsite at Melas Park beginning at 8am.
