_ The 2018 Polar Bear Run:

You are running and walking for the Crisis Center of Russell County - we are a non-profit organization that is a shelter for Domestic Violence Victims and a Rape Crisis center. We are a duel agency and our clients are never charged for the services they receive. We are open and our hotline is  24/7. We appreciate the communities support. Event details and schedule

Our Polar Bear 5K and 1 Mile is schedule for February 17, 2018 at 11:00 am eastern time. We will be open for registration at 9:30 am eastern time.

Parking is behind Garrett Harrison Stadium. The Course is mostly road and some through the Idle Hour Park.

Please check in prior to the race and dress appropriately. IF THE WEATHER IS INCLIMATE, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU OF ANY CHANGES, so make sure we have your contact information. You can contact the race organizer, Janie Potts 334-297-4435.
