_ The 2017 The Santa Run 5K:

THIS IS THE RESCHEDULED DATE!    Want to stay in the Holiday Spirit a little longer this year? The good news is that you can by coming to The Santa Fun Run 5K. The Santa Fun Run 5K has been postponed to December 30th, because of the weather this past weekend. We are sorry we had to postpone the race, but hope you will make plans to come to the race on our new date. (If you have already registered, your registration automatically carries over!)

This Variety fundraising event embraces the Holiday spirit to help raise money for sick, disadvantaged and special needs children. You can run it, walk it, skip it, hop it – together, we help a child walk, run, and play. Join the movement- The Variety Santa Fun Run is international race in which thousands participate. Variety will make a special presentation before the race begins.

Event details and schedule

PARKING

- All parking will be in the main lot. Once you enter the park from the Old Alabama Rd side (across from the fire station) turn in to the first lot on the right. The start/finish and registration are in the pavilion, which is to your right once you come out of the parking lot (across from the amphitheater)

RESTROOMS

- Restrooms are located in the pavilion, next to registration

PACKET PICKUP

- ALL packet pickup will take place in the pavilion on race morning beginning at 745am. Walkup registration will be available

START TIME AND COURSE

- 5K starts at 9am. The awards ceremony will take place approx. 10am.

- We will be using USATF certified course #GA16050WC (visit http://www.usatf.org/events/courses/search/ to view course map)
