Babcock Ranch Jingle Bell 5K/10K ~ Results

• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles
• 10K Run:- Run 6.2 Miles

Babcock Ranch will host it's first JINGLE BELL 5k and 10K race on December 9. Babcock Ranch is America's first solar powered town.  It will eventually be home to 50,000 residents.  Babcock Ranch is a new town located in SW Florida.  Our races will start and finish in our downtown area and will take in some of the most beautiful views in the area.  Running through Sunset Park and around Sunset Lake, exiting the lake path to run through our main Babcock Ranch entrance and over our huge RED bridge. (Flat bridge.)  Our races will finish in downtown Babcock Ranch, overlooking Lake Babcock and next to our board walk, and our wonderful Band Shell.  We will have music, post race food, plenty of shade, plenty of liquid refreshments and an awards ceremony.  

5k Race starts at 7:30 AM - December 9

10 K race starts at 7:35 AM - December 9

Both races will start close to Founders Square, which is downtown Babcock Ranch

Our 5k race will head straight down Lake Babcock Drive, and enter Sunset Park, via Trail Head.  The flat course will take you areound Sunset Lake, and you will exit the lake path and onto the main pathway to take you back to Founders Square, and running over our signatory Babcock Ranch bridge.  (This is a FLAT bridge.)  

Run through the finish line and finish in Founders Square, next to Lake Babcock and our beautiful Band Shell.  LiVE music, food and drinks at the finish line.  

Awards cermony to commence at approximately : 9:30 AM

Please arrive by 7:00 AM.  There will ample FREE parking if you arrive by 7:00 AM.  The main entrance to Babcock Ranch will close 10 minutes before the 10k race starts 7:30 AM

Please wear layers, as the weather can be chilly in Florida during December
