Tell City Half Marathon and March Madness 5K...

With the approach of spring in March of 2018 it will be time to lace up your running shoes and begin the running season! What better way to start the season than with a half marathon or a 5K run!!

Both distances will begin at EverBody's Fun & Fitness Center at 710 Fulton Street in Tell City, Indiana. Race time for the half marathon will be 7:30 a.m. followed by the March Madness 5k at 8:00 a.m.

EverBody's Fun & Fitness Center is adding the inaugural Tell City Half to it's already popular March Madness 5k event. With the half marathon you will run along the Ohio River, the downtown area of Tell City, the Windy Creek Greenway, and along residential streets in town. You will challenge yourself with a mile long climb as you leave the downtown area and head to the outskirts of town. From here you will roll along county and state roads as you head to the new Perry County Memorial Hospital trail before heading back into town and the finish line at City Hall Park. Be one of the first to run the inaugural Tell City Half Marathon! Unigue medals will be awarded to all participants in the half marathon!!

The March Madness 5k will share the same route as the half marathon taking you along the Ohio River and the downtown area before the finish line at City Hall Park. Medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in each age group!! 

The Tell City Half may be challenging for a first time marathoner but the March Madness 5k is one the whole family, including kids and beginning runners, can do. 

All participants will receive a t-shirt as part of their registration fee!!

Start the spring of 2018 off right with either a half marathon or 5k run/walk!!! EverBody's Fun & Fitness Center is adding the Tell City Half to its already popular March Madness 5k event.

Parking will be provided at the St. Paul Catholic Church parking lot and along the streets adjacent to EverBody's. Restrooms and showers will be available at EverBody's. 

Since this race event is taking place in the spring the weather can be unpredictable in southern Indiana. It is advisable to be prepared for all conditions.

Kickoff the NCAA March Madness basketball tournament by wearing your favorite college team's colors!!!
