Molly Poe Turkey Trot...

• 5K Run/Walk:- Run 3.1 Miles

This annual event is in memory of Molly Poe, a beloved daughter, niece, wife, and mother who passed away unexpectedly in November 2015. Event proceeds will be used to help provide for her two young sons, Caleb and Ben, and will also help other families in need who have been struck by similar tragedies. 

Event details and schedule

Event Schedule: 

• Registration packet pick up starts at 7:30am at Registration Table. 
• 5K Run/Walk will begin at 8:00am
• Post Run snacks will be provided

Course Info:

• The 5K Run/Walk will be through a public park, and the course is mostly grass, with some dirt/gravel.

Parking/Arrival Info:

• Parking will be ample, in the park parking lot. 
• Registration table, and Race starting line will be well marked. 

Don't Forget:

• Bring ID 
• There will be waivers to sign at Registration table
• It will be November in Michigan....the weather can change minute to minute. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable, but layers are recommended. 
• Feel free to dress up...it is encouraged! We will have our turkey mascot, as well as some pilgrims in attendence. 
• There will be items for purchase. 
• Prizes for first place finishers in different age brackets. 
• Park restrooms will be winterized, but there will be portable restrooms available.
