oin us on Sunday, November 5th for our 5th annual Save Your Breath 5K timed run on the scenic Kennebec Rail Trail. The course is flat and fast. Great for speed.  There is a hill going into the trail. Capitol Park will be reserved for those who wish to walk. A fun run will be held for children 7 and under.  This event is a fundraiser to help support Free ME from Lung Cancer's mission ~ reearch, early detection and prevention.
