Description

Grace OC's 1st Annual Hearts + Heroes 5K takes place on a scenic, point-to-point course during the peak of autumn. It starts at Grace OC then goes to Yorba Regional Park on La Palma Ave, once in the park we will follow the trail for about a mile then return to the finish line at Grace OC. The event also includes a post-race breakfast as well as activities for kids.
