• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

Our event helps to fund all projects and operating expenses at Ferncliff Forest, we are a totally privately funded nature preserve and have NO paid employees. 100% of money raised will go to the forest fund. The forest is a great place for a Trail run, Hike or Mtn Bike ride.  

Walkers Welcome!  Get a group together and come on out. You dont have to be a runner.

$25 Adults, $20 Age 11-17, $10 Under age 10, early bird race fee includes timing of 5K course, Tech shirt, other cool give aways for first 400 entries and post race food. 

Fee increase 11/13/16 to $35 Adults, $30 Age 11-17, $15 Under age 10

Course: Montgomery St /Mt Rutsen Road from W. Market St to Ferncliff Forest and back. Paved road course out and back. Gentle rolling Hills. 
Classes: Ages 1-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+ ,70+, Walker
Awards:  Awards to top 3 overall male and female finishers, top 3 male and female age group finishers. All Kids under 10 get something.

Free Food for racers- bananas, bagels, drinks etc.
Bonus: There will be a prize  for the best Thanksgiving related Costume. Turkey? Pilgram? Bowl of Mash Potatoes? Get creative !!
