Bring your family and join your neighbors in the spirit of thanksgiving as you jaunt around beautiful Emmitsburg or just come cheer on our runners.
The recipient of the proceeds will go directly to: Seton Center/Hope in the Valley http://www.setoncenter.org/ .
Bananas, bars and water available to all.
Runners will be given a T-shirt to wear with pride.
Medals to the top woman, man, teen and youth finisher.
Prizes awarded for the best costume for a single person, couples, partners, teams, baby stroller and best costumed dog.
Face painting and DJ playing music before, during and after the race.
Guided stretching/yoga pre-race.
